The Longest Golf Course in the World

I’ve often complained about golf courses that require you to walk half a mile between holes. I promise I’ll never complain again. The World’s longest golf course, the much anticipated 1,365 kilometre long Nullarbour Links Golf Course, while not officially open yet, is playable from this month. The Official opening of the 18 hole par 72 course is in October.
With a hole in each participating town and roadhouse on the Eyer Highway between Ceduna SA and Kalgoorlie WA. It is quite a hike between holes. The holes include a tee and green and the fairways are rugged, dramatic and everything you might expect of the outback. Mind you, you may have to contest with emus, kangaroos and bush turkeys for right of play. In the words of the promoters, the course will provide a quintessential Australian experience.
