Warranties and Guarantees

The Golf Clubs Down Under Risk Free Guarantee states that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your custom built golf clubs, you can, for a period of 30 days, EXCHANGE OR RETURN the clubs for a FULL REFUND, no questions asked.

Golf Shafts:

We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and the quality of our custom built golf clubs.To completely satisfy the needs of our customers, Golf Clubs Down Under offers this simple, straight forward guarantee. We will replace any defective golf shaft that is damaged in the normal use of play. All of our golf shafts have a LIFETIME WARRANTY. Shafts that are broken more than 3" above the hosel are deemed to have been mistreated and are not subject to replacement.

Club Heads:

Golf Clubs Down Under uses only component heads from the most respected suppliers and manufacturers in the industry. Each component head is carefully selected and must meet exacting standards with respect to material, weight, loft and lie tolerances. Consiquently it is, with total confidence in our product, that for a period of 1 year we undertake to repair or replace any defective golf head or one that is damaged in the normal use of play. As is industry practice, dimples that occur on the top of wood heads are considered miss-hits and are excluded from warranty.

Returns:

If you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase, give us a call. We will set up a return and you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price of the returned items in new condition minus shipping and handling charges or exchange items to the same value. Used clubs should be in excellent condition and exhibit only the normal wear associated with the first month of play. A re-stocking fee will apply.at the sole discretion of Golf Clubs Down Under. Clubs received in unacceptable condition, or damaged by abuse will result in a prorated or voided guarantee.
